Delete Account

You can permanently delete your PlayIQ account and associated personal information at any time.

Delete from the app (recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the PlayIQ mobile app:

  1. Open the PlayIQ app and sign in.
  2. Tap your profile or navigate to Account.
  3. Scroll to the Legal section and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.

Your account and personal profile data are deleted immediately.

Can't access the app?

If you no longer have access to the app, email privacy@playiq.ca with the subject line "Delete My PlayIQ Account" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, your authentication credentials and personal profile information are permanently removed. Certain anonymized team records, practice history, or content you contributed to a shared team may be retained where necessary to preserve team records, comply with legal obligations, or maintain service integrity.
